Training Policies

1. Scheduling & Sessions

  • All personal training sessions are scheduled in advance.
  • Sessions expire 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Sessions are non-transferable to another person.

2. Cancellation Policy (Strict 24-Hour Notice)

  • The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited and counted as completed.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations (3 or more in a 60-day period) may result in termination of the training agreement.

3. No-Show Policy

  • A "No-Show" is defined as not showing up without notice.
  • First No-Show: Session is forfeited.
  • Second No-Show: Session forfeited + $25 penalty fee.
  • Third No-Show: Trainer reserves the right to discontinue services with no refund.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • The Trainer will wait 15 minutes for the Client. After 15 minutes, the session is considered a No-Show and forfeited.
  • If the Client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
  • Example: Late by 15 minutes = 45-minute session remains.

5. Late Payment Policy

  • All payments are due before training begins.
  • If the Client is enrolled in a monthly plan, payment must be made on or before the renewal date.
  • A $25 late fee will be applied to any overdue payment after 48 hours.
  • Failure to pay within 7 days results in immediate suspension of training until balance is paid.

6. Refund, Return & Transfer Policy

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds, no partial refunds, and no returns once payment is processed.
  • In the event the trainer must cancel a session for personal or emergency reasons, that session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
  • Unused sessions cannot be rolled over beyond the expiration period unless approved in writing.
  • Program packages, meal plans, and digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of intellectual content.
  • The Client may not "pause" or "freeze" a package unless:
    • A doctor's note is provided, OR
    • The trainer approves the freeze (maximum 30 days).

7. Health & Safety Agreement

  • The Client assumes full responsibility for their health, injuries, or risks during training.
  • The Client agrees to inform the Trainer of any medical changes before each session.

8. Trainer's Right to Terminate Agreement

The Trainer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for:

  • Repeated policy violations
  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
  • Non-payment
  • Safety concerns

If terminated by the Trainer, unused sessions will be refunded only at the Trainer's discretion, and only for sessions paid but not used.

9. Communication Policy

  • All communication must be through approved channels (text/email/app).
  • Please allow up to 12 hours for responses unless urgent.
